We regret that we are no longer able to provide VFC vaccines to patients with Medicaid, Molina, Meridian, or YouthCare insurance at our Arlington Heights location, effective September 1, 2026. After many years of participating in the VFC program, our total enrollment at Arlington Heights is now too low to continue.

For flu vaccines, please schedule a vaccine appointment at Lake Zurich, or if you child needs to come in for a problem visit between September and March, and you would like to get a flu vaccine during that appointment, schedule at the Lake Zurich office.
