We offer complimentary meet and greets- find out how to meet our doctors!
We understand the unique needs and expectations of today’s parents. From offering convenient appointment scheduling to ensuring open communication, we make sure your family feels seen, heard, and cared for.
When you choose Pediatric Associates of Arlington Heights, you’re choosing more than a pediatrician—you’re choosing a partner in raising healthy, happy kids.
Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, compassionate care for every child in a way that’s as unique as they are. We blend decades of experience with an understanding of the latest advancements in pediatric medicine to ensure your child’s health and development are always in the best hands.
Our physicians are on staff at Northwest Community Hospital. If you are planning on delivering at NCH, you may choose our practice by noting any one of our physicians as your baby's pediatrician. We recommend using a specific name rather than the practice name to avoid confusion between similar sounding practices in the area.
If you are delivering elsewhere, the pediatricians working at that hospital will care for your infant in the hospital. Once you go home with your baby, we will see you in the office within 24-48 hours depending on the discharge instructions.
All New Families
If you'd like to meet with one of our physicians before your child's first appointment, we offer complimentary meet and greets via Google Meet. These are popular with first-time and experienced parents, however, meet and greets are not required to join our practice. To schedule a meet and greet, please call the office.
New Families Expecting a Newborn
If you are delivering a baby at NCH, you will need to confirm that we take your insurance before the baby is born. You can start by checking here, or calling the office. You will then inform the staff at NCH that one of our physicians (use a name, not the practice) is your baby's doctor. Once the baby is born, we will tell you to call the office to schedule the first in-office appointment and set up your family account. If you are delivering elsewhere, please call us on the day of discharge (take note of weekend hours) to schedule. If you need to schedule an appointment for the next day when the office is closed, please leave a message and call first thing in the morning when the office is open. You do not need to preschedule anything with us, we always reserve time, or make time to see newborns on the appropriate schedule.
New Families with Children under 18 Years Old
If you are ready to make the change to our practice with your children- call our office to confirm insurance coverage, create your family profile, and schedule an appointment.
New Families in the Adoption Process
If you are in the process of adoption, we are happy to schedule a meet and greet. Review of medical records for adoption ahead of an adoption will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
New Families not Listed
If your family is not included in the groups above, that's okay! There are so many types of families in this world, it is hard to anticipate what needs might exist. Our goal is to create a long-term medical home for our patients, therefore, we do not accept families who plan on getting well-care outside of our practice or for one-time appointments. If you have questions, please call.
